About us
Nivex Services S.r.l. is an Article 115 TULPS-authorised company specialising in the management, administration and recovery of impaired loans. We primarily manage NPL (non-performing loans) portfolios, both commercial and financial, and develop targeted strategies for the recovery of particularly relevant individual positions (single names).
Alongside this core business, we have developed distinctive expertise in managing healthcare receivables and credits from the Public Administration, sectors characterised by high technical complexity, long collection times and a strong need for specialised legal and regulatory knowledge. Our Services
NPL & Single Name Management
- We offer sub-servicing for healthcare and public administration receivables, alongside the management of distressed commercial, financial, and consumer credit portfolios (both secured and unsecured).
- Extrajudicial and judicial recovery activities, adopting differentiated approaches based on the type of debtor and the nature of the position.
- In-depth analysis and asset investigations for complex or high-value single-name positions.
- We assist in NPL portfolio divestment transactions, on both the buyer's and seller's sides (due diligence, valuation, sale preparation and divestment business plan).
Receivables from the public administration
- Management and recovery of trade receivables arising from the supply of goods and services to the public administration.
- Assistance to foreign investors and institutional operators in their dealings with public bodies, acting as a bridge between the public and private sectors.
- Advice on the structuring and valuation of portfolios of receivables from the public administration, including with a view to securitization or sale.

- Support for institutional investors in the acquisition and management of healthcare receivables, including due diligence and complex position assessments.
- Management of interactions with regional and local health authorities and hospitals to optimise collection times and reduce administrative risks.
- Sub-servicing of healthcare receivables arising from hospital services and liaising with the National Health Service.
